What is the Aspiring Teachers Programme?
Islington based, Newington Green and Rotherfield Primary Schools have partnered with Clarus Education to recruit passionate Graduate Teaching Assistants, who are looking to train as Primary Teachers.
This exciting opportunity will see you kick off your journey, working as a Teaching Assistant through Nursery to Year 6 with a range of children. Successful completion of your first year on the Aspiring Teacher Programme and a TAP (Teacher Apprenticeship Programme) application, will see you undertake a 4 Term Teacher training course, followed by a 2 term FastTrack NQT induction; at which point you will be a Fully Qualified Primary Teacher.
